These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application and related services (together, the "Platform"), through which we sell hardware, building materials, electrical, plumbing, interior and home-improvement products. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the company operating the Platform, and "you" refers to the person using it.
By browsing the Platform, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order.
- Accounts are created and verified using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
- The information you give us, including your name, delivery address and contact details, must be accurate and kept up to date.
- We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently, abusively or in breach of these Terms.
2. Products, Pricing and Availability
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery, unloading and any other charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
- Prices and availability can change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you place your order.
- Product images are for illustration. Actual colour, finish, texture and appearance may vary, and quantities such as weight, length and coverage are approximate as declared by the manufacturer.
- We try to keep product information accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
3. Orders
- An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it in the app or on your registered mobile number.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment failure, an address outside our service area, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and any amount paid will be refunded.
- We may limit the quantities that can be purchased per order or per customer.
- You can cancel an order from My Orders until it is dispatched, as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Payments
- You can pay online using UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through our secure third-party payment gateway, or choose Cash on Delivery where available. Card and bank details are handled by the payment gateway and are never stored by us.
- Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. A Cash on Delivery fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
- GST invoices are issued for every order. If you need a GST invoice in your business name, enter your GSTIN before placing the order.
5. Delivery
Delivery areas, timelines, charges and unloading terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, stock and other factors beyond our control. You must provide an accurate address and ensure someone is available to receive the order.
6. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for quality issues and damaged or missing products, certain products are non-returnable, and refunds are made to the original payment method or as a coupon code for cash payments.
7. Coupons, Reward Points and Referrals
- Coupons, reward points, cashback and referral rewards are promotional benefits offered at our discretion and have no cash value.
- They are subject to the conditions shown with the offer, such as minimum order value, validity period, redemption limits and eligible products, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
- We may reverse rewards and coupons that were earned on cancelled or returned orders, or through misuse such as duplicate accounts or self-referrals.
8. Warranty
Product warranties, where offered, are provided by the respective manufacturer or brand on their terms. We will help you with warranty contact details, but we do not provide any independent warranty unless expressly stated on the product page.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
- provide false information, impersonate another person or create multiple accounts to abuse offers;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with their operation;
- copy, scrape, reproduce or resell any part of the Platform or its content without our written permission; or
- upload or transmit viruses, malware or any harmful code.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, software and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Platform uses third-party services such as payment gateways, maps, messaging and analytics providers, and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Please review their terms before using them.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of the Platform or the products.
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our directors, employees, agents and partners harmless from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, riots, government action, transport disruption, power or network failures, or shortages of supply.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we suspect fraud or misuse. Obligations that arose before termination, including payment for orders already delivered, survive termination.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date and takes effect on posting. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
18. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Grievance Redressal Officer
In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, you may escalate unresolved complaints to our Grievance Redressal Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
