Every product we sell can be returned or replaced within 24 hours of delivery. Pickup is free, there is no restocking fee, and damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items are always covered.
Return Window & Eligibility
Raise a return or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery in any of these cases:
- Damaged, defective or quality issues. We stand by the products we sell: there is a no-questions-asked replacement for any type of quality issue, whatever its nature.
- Incorrect or missing items. If you received the wrong product, the wrong size or quantity, or something is missing from your order.
- Changed your mind or ordered too much. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund.
Please note: for change-of-mind returns the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging with all labels, manuals and accessories. Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items are always covered, whether or not the packaging has been opened.
When a Return Can Be Declined
A return or replacement request may be declined only where:
- Cement, putty, adhesives, paint, waterproofing compounds, chemicals or other consumables have been opened or the seal broken, unless the product itself is defective.
- The product has been installed, fixed, wired, plumbed or used in any way.
- The item was damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage or handling.
- A change-of-mind return is sent back without its original packaging, labels, manuals or accessories.
- The request is raised more than 24 hours after delivery.
How to Return a Product
- Check your order on delivery. Inspect the items when the delivery partner hands them over. If anything is damaged or missing, tell the delivery partner before they leave wherever possible.
- Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Open My Orders in our app or on the website, select the order and contact support. You can also call or WhatsApp us at +91 91810 55132 or email sqrfeet.in@gmail.com with your order number.
- Share the details. Tell us which item you want to return or replace and why. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, share clear photos of the product and its packaging; for missing items, share a photo of everything you received.
- Keep the product unused. Keep the item unopened and in its original packaging until it is picked up. Do not install or use a product you intend to return.
- Free pickup and verification. Our team reviews the request, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and arranges a free pickup by our delivery partner for approved requests. The item may be inspected at pickup. There is no return shipping charge and no restocking fee.
- Replacement or refund. For damaged, defective or incorrect items a replacement is dispatched subject to stock availability. For change-of-mind returns, missing items, or where a replacement is not possible, a refund is issued as described below within 7 days of pickup.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed immediately upon approval under the following terms:
- Digital / Prepaid / UPI Payments: Refunded directly to the original payment source (including digital payments made at delivery).
- Cash paid to Delivery Partner: Refunded exclusively via a Coupon Code, which can be redeemed on your next order.
Note: Cash refunds or alternative payout methods are strictly not permitted.
Once a refund is processed, the time it takes to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider and is typically 5 to 7 business days. Coupon codes are shared on your registered mobile number and email.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order from My Orders in our app or website until it is dispatched. Any amount already paid is refunded to the original payment source. Once an order is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled; if there is a problem with what you receive, use the return process above.
