We deliver hardware, building materials, electrical, plumbing and home-improvement products to your doorstep across serviceable pincodes in and around Guwahati, Assam. This policy explains how delivery works, what it costs and when to expect your order.
Service Area
We currently deliver to serviceable pincodes in and around Guwahati, Assam. Enter your delivery location in our app or on the website to check serviceability and the delivery time for your address before you order. Orders cannot be placed for addresses outside our service area.
Order Processing and Confirmation
We prioritise fast delivery. Orders are confirmed once payment is successful, or once a Cash on Delivery order is placed, and are typically packed and dispatched within 20 minutes of confirmation during operating hours. You will receive an order confirmation in the app and on your registered mobile number.
Delivery Timeframe
- Express delivery: Items that fit on a two-wheeler are delivered in as little as 60 minutes. Bulky or heavy items such as cement, plywood, pipes and tanks are delivered by truck, typically within 4 hours.
- Scheduled delivery: At checkout you can also choose a delivery slot (morning, afternoon or evening) on the day that suits you.
- Orders placed outside operating hours: Orders placed after closing time, or too late for the delivery to complete before closing, are delivered on the next day or in the next available slot you select.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, stock availability or other circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delay.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made every day during our operating hours, currently 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Delivery Charges
The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, the distance from the store fulfilling your order and the vehicle needed, and is always shown before you pay.
- Free delivery on orders of ₹10,000 and above.
- If your order is fulfilled from more than one store, the delivery fees are combined and capped so you never pay more than the maximum fee shown at checkout.
Unloading Charges
Delivery to the ground floor is free. If heavy items delivered by large truck need to be carried above the ground floor, an unloading charge applies. It is calculated per floor and per unit carried, subject to a minimum charge, and is shown at checkout when you select the floor for your address.
Tracking Your Order
If you are using our app, you can track your order in real time from My Orders. If you order on the website, you will receive a live tracking link on WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery.
Receiving Your Order
- Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the order and, for Cash on Delivery orders, to pay the delivery partner.
- Inspect your items on delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, tell the delivery partner and raise a request within 24 hours as described in our Refund Policy.
Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or incomplete, or no one is available to receive the order, we will contact you to verify the address before attempting delivery again. A re-delivery fee may apply.
